- Pavel Artemyevich Plotnikov (Russian: ??´??? ????´?????? ???´??????; 4 March 1920 – 14 December 2000) was a prolific Soviet bomber pilot and double Hero of the Soviet Union.
- After the second World War II, Plotnikov continued his Air Force career and rose to the rank of Major General and retired in 1975.
