Óscar Arpón Ochoa (born 9 April 1975) is a Spanish retired footballer who played as an attacking midfielder, and is the manager of CD Alfaro. He amassed La Liga totals of 141 games and five goals over the course of seven seasons, in representation of six clubs, including Barcelona.
