- Vladimir Viktorovich Semyonov (Russian: ???????? ?????????? ???????, May 10, 1938 – November 21, 2016) was a Russian water polo player who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1960 Summer Olympics, in the 1964 Summer Olympics, and in the 1968 Summer Olympics.
