- Ortal Ben Dayan (in Hebrew: ????? ?? ????; born July 12, 1981) is a media personality, sociologist, Mizrahi feminist activist, blogger, and fashion and jewelry designer. Ben Dayan first caught the public eye when she sued the Hebrew University of Jerusalem for sexual harassment, a pivotal case that changed how universities in Israel manage relationships between faculty and students, as well as the handling of complaints regarding sexual misconduct by faculty.
