Igor Raufovich Ashurbeyli (Azerbaijani: Iqor Rauf oglu Asurb?yli;, Russian: ????? ???????? ?????????; born 9 September 1963, Baku, Azerbaijan) is a Russian scientist, businessman and politician of Azerbaijani origin.
Head of Asgardia, the Space Nation.
Leader of the Party of Russia's Rebirth since 2016. He was the CEO of Scientific Production Association (SPA) Almaz from 2000 to 2011.
He is also the founder and Chairman of the Board of Socium Holding.
He has a Doctorate of Science in Engineering and a PhD in Engineering, with a specialization in Computer Science.
