Vladymyr Dakhno (Russian: ???????? ???????????? ?????; March 7, 1932, Zaporizhia — July 28, 2006, Kiev, Ukraine) was a Ukrainian animator, animation film director and scriptwriter.
Laureate of the Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine (1988), People's Artist of Ukraine (1996).
Best known for the animation series Cossacks (??????).
Worked at Kievnauchfilm (currently, Ukranimafilm). He was born on March 7, 1932 in Zaporozhye (USSR).
After school I entered the Kiev Medical Institute.
Almost immediately, he transferred to the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute where he studied at the class of Joseph Karakis. On March 7, 2013 Google released a Doodle in his memory.
