Ivan Elagin (December 1, 1918 – February 8, 1987; Ukrainian: ???? ??????, Russian: ???? ???????????? ??????, real name Ivan Matveyev, was a Russian émigré poet born in Vladivostok.
He was the husband of poet Olga Anstei (Ukrainian: ????? ??????), best remembered for writing about the Holocaust.
His "Kirillovskie iary" (another name for Babi Yar) written in 1943, was one of the first-ever literary works on the subject of 1941 massacre of Ukrainian Jews in Kiev.
