- Akihiro Ohata (?? ??, Ohata Akihiro, born October 5, 1947) is a Japanese politician of the Democratic Party of Japan, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature).
- A native of Higashiibaraki District, Ibaraki, he attended the Musashi Institute of Technology as both undergraduate and graduate.
- He was elected to the assembly of Ibaraki Prefecture where he served for one term and then to the House of Representatives for the first time in 1990 as a member of the Japan Socialist Party.
