- Milica Gardaševic (Serbian Cyrillic: ?????? ??????????; born 28 August 1998) is a Serbian athlete specialising in the long jump.
- She won a bronze medal at the 2019 European U23 Championships in Gävle.
- Earlier she won the gold at the 2017 European U20 Championships in Grosseto. Her personal bests in the event are 6.64 metres outdoors (-0.9 m/s, Berane 2018) and 6.52 metres indoors (Jablonec nad Nisou 2019).
