- Paul McGuinness (born 2 March 1966) is an English former footballer who played as a midfielder in the Football League for Crewe Alexandra and Chester City.
- Between 2005 and 2016 he has been manager of Manchester United's under-18 team.McGuinness, the son of former Manchester United player and manager Wilf McGuinness, holds a degree in physical education gained from Loughborough University.As a player, McGuinness was a midfielder who made 20 Football League appearances with Crewe Alexandra and Chester City.
