- Pavlo Yelizarov (Ukrainian: ????? ????????????? ????????; born October 12, 1968 in Chi?inau, Moldavian SSR) is a producer, businessman, and public figure. He authored the first in Ukraine crowdfunding model of financing the 3S.TV club television channel.He was an investor, co-founder and Chairman of the Coordination Board at Savik Shuster Studio Ltd., CEO at the 'World News Service' TV and radio company, which was broadcasting under the commercial name "3S.TV" until March 2017.
