- Maksut Sultanuly Narikbaev (Kazakh: ?????? ????????? ?????????; Russian: ?????? ?????????? ?????????, romanized: Maksut Sultanovich Narikbayev; 9 May 1940 – 12 October 2015) was a Kazakh jurist who served as the third Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan.
