- Irina Valentinovna Moiseeva (Russian: ????? ???????????? ????????; born 3 July 1955) is a Russian retired ice dancer who represented the Soviet Union.
- With partner and husband Andrei Minenkov, she is the 1976 Olympic silver medalist, 1980 Olympic bronze medalist, and two-time World champion (1975, 1977).
