- Igor Nikolayevich Albin (Russian: ????? ?????????? ?????, until 2014 Igor Slyunyayev (????? ???????), born 4 October 1966 in Omsk Oblast) is a Russian politician, former Vice Governor of Saint Petersburg (2014–2018).From 2007 until 2012, Albin was the governor of the Kostroma Oblast in Russia.
