Marek Jan Chodakiewicz (born July 15, 1962) is a Polish-American historian specializing in Central European history of the 19th and 20th centuries.
He teaches at the Patrick Henry College and at the Institute of World Politics.
He has been described as a conservative and nationalist.In late 2019 Chodakiewicz was at heart of a controversy that arose after a talk he gave at the Institute of National Remembrance, on his book About the Civilization of Death: How to stop the anti-culture of totalitarian minorities.
During the talk he characterized several homophobic stereotypes and urban legends, such "gerbilling", as factual.
