- Maxim Anatolyevich Topilin (Russian: ?????´? ?????´?????? ????´???, born April 19, 1967 in Moscow) is a Russian economist, since May 2012 Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the Russian Federation.In the period from 1994 to 2001 he worked in the Office of the Prime Minister.
