Paola Pigni, married Cacchi (born 30 December 1945) is a former athlete from Italy, who mainly competed in the middle-distance running and cross country running.
On July 2, 1969 in Milan, Italy, she set a new 1500 m world record of 4:12.4.
She won three gold medals at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships (included one before it was set up, in the 1970 at the International Cross Country Championships).
