Joseph Höffner (24 December 1906 – 16 October 1987) was a German cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church.
He served as the Archbishop of Cologne from 1969 to 1987 and was elevated to the cardinalate in 1969.
The Archdiocese of Cologne – in a 2007 statement – has indicated their intention to soon open the cause of beatification for the late cardinal.
