Mariya Ivanovna Konovalova (Russian: ????? ???????? ??????????; born Mariya Pantyukhova on 14 August 1974 in Angarsk) is a Russian long-distance runner.
She has represented Russia in both track running and cross country running and was the silver medallist at the 2006 European Cross Country Championships.
She has competed at the World Championships in Athletics on four occasions and ran for Russia at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Konovalova began competing in marathon races in 2010, making her debut at the 2010 London Marathon and taking third place at the 2010 Chicago Marathon.
In 2015, she was issued a two-year ban for doping.
