- Marie-George Buffet (born 7 May 1949) is a French politician.
- She was the head of the French Communist Party (PCF) from 2001 to 2010.
- She joined the Party in 1969, and she served in the government as Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports from 4 June 1997 to 5 May 2002.
- Buffet was re-elected on 16 June 2002 to another five-year term in the National Assembly as a representative of Seine-Saint-Denis.
