- Erik Philip Paulsen (born May 14, 1965) is an American politician who represented Minnesota's 3rd congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 2009 to 2019.
- A member of the Republican Party of Minnesota, he served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1995 to 2009 and as majority leader from 2003 to 2007.
- In his 2018 reelection bid he was defeated by the Democratic nominee, businessman Dean Phillips.
