Afa Ismail (born 1 November 1993 in Malé) is a Maldivian sprinter.
She competed in the 100 metres competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics And 200 metres event for the Maldives at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
She was the flag bearer for the Maldives during the closing ceremony.She is the current national record holder in the 200 metres and the 4×100 metres relay.
