- Ragnhildur Helgadóttir (also Ragnhild Helgadóttir; 1930–2016) was an Icelandic politician.
- She was a member of the Icelandic parliament, the Althing, first from 1956 for the Independence Party.
- From 1961 to December 1962 she was the First President of the Lower House, and she was president of the parliament several times.
- From 1983 to 1987 she was a government minister, first of education, then of health, social and communication.
