Sir Alan Hugh Campbell (1 July 1919 – 7 October 2007) was a British diplomat and civil servant.
He was British ambassador to Ethiopia from 1969 to 1972 and to Italy from 1976 to 1979, and also held senior posts in the Foreign Office in London.
