- Richard Garrard (born 26 July 1943) is an Australian former rower.
- He was a seven-time Australian national champion who rowed at the elite level for a fifteen-year period from 1964-79.
- He competed in the men's coxless four event at the 1964 Summer Olympics and won a bronze medal at the 1977 World Rowing Championships.
