Andrew Scott (born 2 August 1972) is an English retired professional footballer and manager who is the Head of Recruitment at Swansea City.
A former forward and utility player, Scott played for Brentford, Oxford United, Sheffield United and Leyton Orient.
Upon his retirement as a player in 2005 he entered coaching and later managed Brentford, Rotherham United and Aldershot Town.
In 2015, he moved into scouting and backroom roles with Brentford and Watford.
