Antoni Ivanov Zdravkov (born 20 August 1964) is a Bulgarian former professional footballer. As a defender, he enjoyed spells at Levski Sofia, Lokomotiv Sofia, Yantra Gabrovo, Marítimo, Nacional, Benfica Castelo Branco, Velbazhd Kyustendil and Septemvri Sofia.
He was capped by Bulgaria 3 times.
He retired as a player in January 2001 at the age of 36.
