- Archibald Rutherford Waterston (13 October 1902 – 13 May 1982) was a Scottish professional footballer who played at centre forward for various clubs in Scotland, England and Wales in the 1920s and 1930s.
- For most of the clubs he played at, he was a prolific goalscorer and he scored the highest number of Football League goals in one season for Southport.
