Aric Nesbitt (born January 25, 1980) is a member of the Michigan Senate, representing the 26th district.
He concurrently serves as the President Pro Tempore of the Michigan State Senate.
He previously represented the 66th District in the Michigan House of Representatives.
Nesbitt was elected in November 2010 and served as the House Majority Floor Leader and Chair of the House Committee on Energy & Technology.
Nesbitt served three terms in the State House and was term limited in 2016.
The 66th House District includes Van Buren County, city of Parchment, Cooper Township, and Alamo Township in Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
He is a member of the Republican Party and resides south of Lawton, Michigan with his wife, Trisha.Aric represents the 26th State Senate District, which includes all of Allegan & Van Buren Counties, along with Gaines Township & the City of Kentwood in Kent County.
