- Arild Andersen (born 9 January 1972) is a Norwegian football defender. He started his career in IL Sandviken; and later played for Fyllingen, Sogndal and FK Haugesund.
- With the three latter clubs he had spells in the Norwegian Premier League.He has later been the head coach of Avaldsnes IL.
