- Bavaguthu Raghuram Shetty (born 1 August 1942) is an Indian-born billionaire businessman, and the founder of a number of companies based in the United Arab Emirates.
- He is founder and chairman of Abu Dhabi-based NMC Healthcare, and chairman of UAE Exchange.
- He is also the founder and chairman of Neopharma, Finablr and BRS Ventures.
- In 2018, the brands became part of the financial services holding company, Finablr.Shetty's initial interest in 1975 was in hospitals and hospitality, but since then he has diversified into additional sectors including pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail, advertising and information technology.
- Shetty was included on the Forbes list of India's 100 Richest People in both 2015 and 2016.
