- Preeti Saran; born 5 September 1958 is an Indian diplomat who joned the Indian Foreign Service in 1982.
- In December 2018, Saran was elected unopposed to the United Nations Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights for a term from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2022.She is the mother of Shubh Saran , a musician and a guitarist .
