Benjamin Lee McAdoo (born July 9, 1977) is an American football coach.
He was head coach of the New York Giants in 2016 and 2017, after serving as offensive coordinator the previous two years under former head coach Tom Coughlin.
He was fired on December 4, 2017 following a 2–10 start, along with benching longtime starting quarterback Eli Manning; his 28 regular season games were the fewest by a Giants coach since 1930.
Prior to working for the Giants, McAdoo served as an assistant coach for several college football teams, as well as for the New Orleans Saints, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Green Bay Packers.
