Brian Matthew Morris (born September 5, 1963) is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Montana.
He is a former Justice of the Montana Supreme Court, having been elected to Court by the voters of Montana in 2004.

He is also a former fullback for the Stanford Cardinal football team.
