Vitaliy Parakhnevych (born 4 May 1969, in Donetsk, Ukraine, then Ukrainian SSR) is a retired Soviet footballer who became naturalized Tajikistani citizen in 1996, while playing in Korea.
After the fall of the Soviet Union through 1996 he held the Ukrainian citizenship.
