- Sérgio Ricardo de Paiva Farias (born June 9, 1967, Brazil) is a Brazilian football manager is best known for his continental accomplishments during his four-year reign as Pohang Steelers manager.Farias won the AFC Champions League with Pohang Steelers in 2009. Farias won Asia’s Club Manager of the Year in 2010.
- As well as winning Asia’s best manager, Farias was selected as the best manager in the K-league and gained the award for the Best Manager in East Asia as well.
