- Andrei Olegovich Minenkov (Russian: ?????? ???????? ????????; born 6 December 1954) is a Russian retired ice dancer who represented the Soviet Union.
- With partner and wife Irina Moiseeva, he is the 1976 Olympic silver medalist, 1980 Olympic bronze medalist, and two-time world champion (1975 and 1977).
