- Marcello Farabegoli grew up in Bolzano-Bozen.
- After completing a master's degree in physics at the University of Vienna he participated in several environmental and cultural organizations in Berlin.
- He was also a research assistant at the Physics department at the University of Potsdam..
- There he investigated the correlation between physics and aesthetics.
