About Carl E. Walsh
- Carl Eugene Walsh (born June 30, 1949), is an American economist.
- He has been an economics professor at the University of California, Santa Cruz since 1987, and Distinguished Professor of Economics and chair of the Economics Department at the university since 2010.
- He has also served in several positions in the Federal Reserve System. Walsh's work is primarily in the fields of central banking and monetary policy.
