(December 31, 1936 – September 6, 2014), was the chief judge of the Louisiana Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit, based in Gretna in Jefferson Parish in the suburbs of New Orleans, Louisiana.
He had retired as judge in 2001.
The court was created by Act 3 of the 1981 regular legislative session, and the enabling legislation was signed by Republican Governor David C.
Treen.
