- Mary Louise Carew Armstrong (September 8, 1913 – July 12, 2002) was an American athlete who competed in the sprints.
- She was born in Medford, Massachusetts. She competed for the United States in the 1932 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, in the 4 x 100 metres where she won the gold medal with her teammates Evelyn Furtsch, Annette Rogers and 100m bronze medalist Wilhelmina von Bremen.
