- Charles Elliott Pannam (21 April 1897 – 25 November 1961) was an Australian rules footballer and VFL umpire who played for Collingwood and South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL).
- He was the son of a Greek immigrant father and Aussie rules footballing legend Charlie Pannam and the brother of Alby Pannam.
- Their surname Pannamopoulos was Greek but during their career they shortened it to Pannam.
