Poko Ingram (born 14 February 1919) was a politician and community worker in the Cook Islands.
In 1961, she became the country's first woman elected as a member of Parliament.Ingram was born in Rarotonga and attended Avarua School.
From 1946 to 1949 she lived in Samoa, followed by a year in New Zealand.
In 1951 she returned to the Cook Islands.
In 1961 she was elected to the Cook Islands Legislative Assembly.Ingram was the secretary of the Rarotonga Child Welfare group, and also founded and was the first president of the Cook Islands Women's Association.
