Dalibor Šilic (born 23 January 1979) is a Bosnian-Herzegovinian retired footballer who is currently the sporting director of Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina club NK Široki Brijeg. Šilic has also played for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team between 2001 and 2006, making 5 appearances, but not scoring any goals. He played 10 years for Široki Brijeg, making over 220 league appearances for the club and scoring over 50 league goals and has won the Bosnian Premier League 2 times and the Bosnian Cup also 2 times. Šilic also had success with NK Brotnjo and FK Željeznicar Sarajevo. After retiring, he became the Sporting director of Široki Brijeg in December 2013, where he has been holding the position ever since.
