- Dave Alpert (born November 10, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois) is a Los Angeles based journalist who served as a correspondent for ABC News, covering the entertainment industry, showbiz and breaking news.
- In addition to daily reporting for hourly radio newscasts, affiliate two-ways, podcasts and show prep services, he also provided voice-overs for television packages, appeared live on "World News Now" and "World News This Morning", and contributed to ABCNews.com.
