- David Mead (born David Moore on 4 November 1988) is a Papua New Guinean professional rugby league footballer who plays as a winger, centre or fullback for the Catalans Dragons in the Super League and Papua New Guinea at international level. Mead previously played in the NRL for the Gold Coast Titans and the Brisbane Broncos.
- He is a New South Wales Country Origin and World All Stars representative, he represented his country at the 2008, 2013 World Cups and was the PNG Kumuls' captain for the 2017 World Cup.
