- Dawn Crosby (born 5 April 1963 in Oxon Hill, Maryland; 15 December 1996 in Annapolis, Maryland) was the lead singer of the underground act Detente.Following her exit from Detente, Dawn Crosby together with producer Ross Robinson went on to form Fear of God, which was signed to Warner Bros.
