About Dean Askew
- Dean Newman Askew (born 15 June 1962 in Hamilton) was a New Zealand cricketer who played first class cricket for Central Districts, and Auckland and also first class rugby for King County.
- He subsequently played several cricket seasons in the Netherlands and the UK .International Career In 2017 Dean was selected for the Forum8 New Zealand Over 50's cricket team.
- Dean is widely regarded as New Zealand's fastest over 50's bowler.
