Demet Müftüoglu (born 1974) is a socialite interested in contemporary Turkish art and fashion.One of three children, she studied office administration at Bilkent University, followed by a move to New York where she studied Fashion at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
In the year 2000 she opened a fashion shop in Istanbul, selling up-to-date American and European brand clothes.
She co-founded the Istanbul International Arts and Culture Festival with her husband, Alphan Eseli, and is the creative head.
