- Richard Wallace Hall (born September 27, 1930) is an American former professional baseball player.
- He played in Major League Baseball as a right-handed pitcher from 1952 through 1957 and from 1959 through 1971, most notably as a member of the Baltimore Orioles dynasty that won three American League pennants and two World Series championships between 1966 and 1970.
- He also played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Kansas City Athletics and the Philadelphia Phillies.
